Monster Hunter Stores 2: Wings of Ruin had a smooth launch, but has apparently run into some issues since then.

In the wake of the version 1.1.0 update that Capcom released last week, the company has now confirmed the existence of a number of bugs. It is currently investigating these issues and will release an update to resolve them at a later date.

Here’s the full rundown, courtesy of the official Monster Hunter website. These issues apply to the Switch and Steam version:

Important Notice: Regarding Known Issues in Version 1.1.0

We have confirmed the existence of the errors listed below. The causes of these errors are being investigated, and we will implement the fixes through the update later. Note: More information will be provided as the situation progresses. Please understand that these fixes will not apply to the trial version.

The final scene of the story stops playing for some players.

We are currently investigating the cause of this error.

For those who play for long periods of time, we recommend saving frequently and restarting the game periodically.

When a Monstie’s element changes, its body color changes while on the field, but not anywhere else.

This game does not include the function of changing the element of a Monstie.

We are aware of a bug causing Monstie’s appearance and color issues when in the field and in Kinship Skill animations. This occurs when the attack power of another item is greater than Monstie’s original item.

This error can be seen when Monsties are low, but as they level up and their original item value increases, the error will no longer occur.

We will implement a fix that targets only the color shift bug in a later update.

The following message appears when accessing multiplayer features: “Corrupt data found. You cannot accept this mission.”

Some players have encountered a bug that will cause the above message to appear during local and online play.

We are currently investigating the cause of this error.

A Lv. 99 Battle Buddy and his Lv. 99 Monstie will return to Lv. 1 due to a certain condition.

This error can occur after you detach from a Battle Buddy and then add it to your party again.
We are currently investigating the cause of this error.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. We ask for your patience until the update is available for download.

Once again, an update for all of these issues will be released in the near future. Have you found any of these errors yourself? Leave a comment below.
