Why travel? Why is it more important to change our environment from time to time and travel outside our country? Why does it sometimes take our emotional health to travel?

Many people around the world discover the benefits of travel as the tourism industry grows around the world and has become one of the most profitable sectors of the global economy. Not surprisingly, travel increases year after year. According to data published by the World Travel and Tourism Council, the global tourism industry grew by 3% in 2012 and contributed $6.6 trillion to global GDP through direct and indirect impact. In 2012, the number of foreign tourists reached 1.035 million for the first time in history.

Stress Relief: As you travel miles from your surroundings, you can be free from your responsibilities and then start resting and resting. Knowing that you can wake up at any time without an alarm clock without having to be physically accessible at work, this will cause a lot of mental stress. This is where you feel free. This is one of the reasons why travel can be addictive, especially if they have enough time – money.
